- Identity and account data such as name, organization, email address, authentication metadata, and role assignments.
- Commercial data such as subscription tier, invoice references, and billing status supplied through our billing provider.
- Operational metadata such as workspace settings, API key labels, audit events, and support correspondence.
3. Product data boundaries
- Customer telemetry is processed according to organization pipeline configuration.
- Account and billing systems do not ingest or store customer raw log payloads as part of normal operations.
4. How we use personal information
- Provide and secure your account, enforce tenant authorization, and process subscription lifecycle events.
- Respond to support requests, detect abuse, improve reliability, and maintain auditability of administrative actions.
5. Legal bases and sharing
- We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
